Stealing Fire – By Steven Kotler & Jamie Wheal
Two guys talking about hacking into ecstasis and the bliss state. Formerly reached through decades of meditation, now people are getting there through extreme sports, pharmaceuticals, and brain training. Fascinating read.

Unbound: A Story of Snow and Self Discovery By Steph Jagger
I have the unbelievable good fortune (and unabashed joy), to call Steph one of my besties. This book isn’t out until January but I read the galley and you’re going to love it — and her. (You can pre-order it on Amazon.)

Thank & Grow Rich — A 30 Day Experiment in Shameless Gratitude and Unabashed Joy By Pam Grout
Who doesn’t need more shameless gratitude an unabashed joy? Right?

AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF A YOGI — BY Paramahansa Yogananda
Steve Jobs’ favorite book and as the story goes, it was given to every attendee at his funeral.

The Forgetting Time By Sharon Guskin
A book of fiction about the subject of reincarnation. One reviewer remarked, “When I wasn’t reading this book, I was dying to get back to it.” I felt the same way.

He talks about the Muse and resistance being the strongest when you’re close to your soul’s dream.

Easy experiments that prove you really do control your reality!

Daring Greatly & Rising Strong  By Dr. Brene Brown
I’ve seen her speak live a handful of times and I Love her, love her books!

Lean In – About women in positions of power, or what I think is an even better, more authentic book OPTION B – which is about how she coped with the sudden death of her husband. Both by: Sheryl Sandberg

The Untethered Soul I re-read little bits of it every night. It’s like a spiritual “tune-up”!

Crazy Sexy Diet by Chris Karr To me it’s a must-have handbook!

Younger Next Year for Women helping to turn back your biological clock

If you can ever go and see her speak, do yourself a favor.
Since I live in LA I’ve been fortunate enough to see her speak
since the early 90’s.
I would often leave her lectures in tears, they were so transformative!
